Limited free short- and long-term parking for passengers is available.
Unstaffed Station. The Cary Depot includes a DMV drivers license office and a waiting room for train and transit passengers. Waiting room opens one hour before until 30 minutes after all train arrivals and departures.
Ticket sales and checked baggage service are not available at this station.

Baggage ID Tags:
All Carry-on and all Checked Baggage must have tags with the passenger's name, address and phone number.
Carry-on Baggage:
Passengers may carry only two (2) pieces of baggage on board trains. Bags may not weigh more than 50 lbs each and may not exceed a size of 28 x 22 x 14. Passengers must be able to safely carry their own baggage.
