Ticket sales and checked baggage service are not available.

Baggage ID Tags:
All Carry-on and all Checked Baggage must have tags with the passenger's name, address and phone number.

Carry-on Baggage:
Passengers may carry only two (2) pieces of baggage on board trains. Bags may not weigh more than 50 lbs each and may not exceed a size of 28 x 22 x 14. Passengers must be able to safely carry their own baggage.

A model railroad display of Hamlet is on display in the basement of the station. The scaled model depicts Hamlet in the early 1950s during its peak as a railroad hub and features more than 175 buildings. Built by Southbound Model Railroaders of Winston-Salem, the display is open Saturdays and Sundays from 1-5 pm.
