Automated Ticket Kiosk
1. Insert your valid credit or     debit card.
2. Select your destination.
3. Click to print your ticket.
Hours: Passenger waiting room is open daily, 12:45-3:15am, 7:30-10:15am, 4:45-8:00pm. Station attendant is on duty one hour before and stays until one-half hour after all train arrivals and departures.

Parking: Limited free short- and long-term parking available.

  • by picking up in-station red phone for reservtion number,
    pay conductor on train.
  • online at Amtrak.com.
  • by calling 1-800-USA-RAIL.

Carry-on Baggage Guidelines:
Passengers may carry only two (2) pieces of baggage on board trains, not including purses, laptops, strollers, etc. Bags may not weigh more than 50 lbs. each and may not exceed a size of 28 x 22 x 14 inches. Passengers must be able to safely carry their own baggage. NOTE: All carry-on bags must have tags with the passenger's name, address and phone number.

Bike rack spaces are available on Trains 73/74. Reservations required. No handing fee.

Transit: Salisbury Transit takes passengers to the NC Transportation Museum Mon.-Fri. only, between 8:15am and 4:30pm.
