Make group travel arrangements and reservations at least 30 days in advance.

Be prepared to give date, destination and number of students, adult chaperones and teachers traveling. Have alternate dates available in case the train is booked on your first preference. Be sure to record your reservation number for future reference.

The "Group Rate" entitles you to one free adult fare for each 20 persons.

Tickets may be picked up at the closest Amtrak Station or mailed directly to you (with advance notice).

Services and facilities for persons with disabilities are available. Please notify your reservation agent if you need special assistance.

Please Note: Groups should be at the boarding station at least 30 minutes before the scheduled train departure time. Check in immediately with the ticket agent upon arrival at staffed stations. When boarding the train your conductor will provide instructions and seating for your group.
