The North Carolina Department of Transportation has completed the following tasks as part of the Sealed Corridor project since our last report to you in October 2000:
- 12 plans sent for engineering by the railroad
Construction authorization pending railroad agreements:

Construction was authorized at the following locations:

- SR 1158 (Pharr Mill Road), near Harrisburg, Crossing 715 325L, Milepost Main 361.5
- Royal Street, in Raleigh, Crossing 630 646E, Milepost S 159.73
- Beryl Road, in Raleigh, Crossing 630 647L, Milepost S 159.94
- Powell, Street in Raleigh, Crossing 630 650U, Milepost S 161.33
- SR 1655 (Old Trinity Road), in Cary, Crossing 630 657S, Milepost S 163.43
- SR 1650 (Reedy Creek Road), in Cary, Crossing 620 662N, Milepost S 164.47
Construction was completed at the following locations:
- SR 1352 (Oakdale Road), in Jamestown, Crossing 722 355V, Milepost Main 294.25
- SR 1135 (Platt Leggett Road), near Linwood, Crossing 722 197X, Milepost Main 324.29
- SR 1526 (Henderson Grove Rd), in Salisbury, Crossing 724 362M, Milepost Main 336.24
